In order to further facilitate the exchanges between Chinese and foreign personnel, the Chinese side has decided to implement the visa free policy for Canada and the United Kingdom from February 17, 2026. People holding ordinary passports of the two countries who come to China for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchange visits and transit for no more than 30 days can enter China without a visa. The above visa exemption policy will be implemented until December 31, 2026. Those who do not meet the visa exemption conditions still need to complete the visa to China before entering the country.
