OlaChina helps people around the world discover, connect with and succeed in China — from travel and study to business and trade. As that demand grows, we are expanding the only way that really works: locally, through people on the ground in their own cities. That is where our City Partners come in.

A City Partner is OlaChina’s face and voice in their city, anywhere in the world. If you are well-connected locally, genuinely curious about China, and the kind of person others come to for advice, this is an open invitation to build something with us.

What a City Partner Does

There is no rigid job description here — you shape the role around your city and your strengths. In practice, City Partners tend to:

  • Represent OlaChina locally — be the trusted point of contact for anyone in your city curious about China.
  • Spread the word — through your network, social channels, campus groups, or small events and info sessions.
  • Connect people to our services — travellers, students and businesses who want a reliable partner in China.
  • Listen and report back — tell us what your city actually needs, so we build the right things.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Based anywhere outside China, with real roots in your local community.
  • Genuinely interested in China — its travel, culture, education or business side.
  • A connector and self-starter who enjoys introducing people and making things happen.
  • A clear communicator in your local language and comfortable in English.
  • Existing networks in travel, education or business are a plus — but energy and trustworthiness matter more.

This is a flexible, opportunity-led role. There are no fixed hours — most City Partners run it alongside their current job or studies.
