Behind every smooth trip, successful application and closed deal at OlaChina is someone making it actually happen on the ground. As demand grows across travel, study and business in China, we are looking for Operations Partners — people based in China who turn plans into delivery.

If you are organized, resourceful and calm when things get busy — and you know how to get things done in China — this is a core role at a company that is growing fast.

What an Operations Partner Does

  • Coordinate delivery of client engagements — tours, admissions support, sourcing trips and more — from the first message to the finish.
  • Manage local relationships with partners, suppliers, vendors and venues across Beijing, Nanjing, Hong Kong and beyond.
  • Be the point of contact on the ground — solving problems in real time so clients never feel them.
  • Build the playbook — help turn what works into repeatable processes as we scale.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Based in China (mainland or Hong Kong) and legally able to work here.
  • Strong Chinese and confident working English.
  • Organized and reliable, with a cool head when plans change at the last minute.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, coordination, travel or hospitality is a plus.
  • Happy to wear many hats — this is an early-stage team, not a big bureaucracy.
